Update Back|Track Linux:
apt-get update && apt-get upgrade && apt-get dist-upgrade
Update Metasploit:
cd /pentest/exploits/framework3 && svn update
Update the Social-Engineer Toolkit (SET):
cd /pentest/exploits/SET && svn update
